- Prepare tax ID, bank, personal documents and strategy memo.
2. Investment and ARI Portal
After the route is validated with advisers, the family should track investment proof, uploads, fees, correction requests and official communications.
3. Appointment, biometrics and issuance
This phase requires logistics, valid documents, presence where required and the ability to respond quickly to additional requests.
4. Renewal and long term
The Golden Visa decision does not end at issuance. Renewals, minimum stay, permanent residence, tax and nationality should remain visible.
AIMA indicates a minimum stay of 7 days in the first year and 14 days in subsequent periods.
