Educational due diligence checklist
- Registration and applicable supervision.
- Strategy, sector, geographies and concentration.
- Maturity, liquidity, exit windows and fees.
- Depositary, auditor, management team and track record.
- Documents counsel needs for ARI.
This checklist is not investment advice. It prepares questions for counsel, financial adviser and fund manager.
Risks to make explicit
Funds involve capital at risk. Registration, supervision or legal framing do not remove financial risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk, fee risk, regulatory change or documentation risk.
ARI eligibility of a structure does not mean the investment is suitable for the family and does not guarantee return, liquidity, residence approval or favourable tax treatment.
Yieldra does not rank funds, recommend specific funds, estimate net returns or replace a regulated financial adviser.
How Yieldra helps
The platform separates education, due diligence questions, family decision-making and ARI evidence, reducing confusion between investment, immigration and tax.
